Current Groups

Support Group for Black Women with Religious Trauma (In-Person)

This group is designed to provide a supportive space for Black women to process and heal from religious trauma. The focus is on understanding and deconstructing harmful beliefs, reclaiming spirituality or secular life on their own terms, and finding empowerment and community in the aftermath of trauma.

This is an 8-week commitment. Participants, age 24 and older, will meet every Wednesday from 6-7:30 pm over the course of the 8 weeks at our Golden Valley office.

AttAchment THEORY FOR BLACK WOMEN (Virtual)

This group blends attachment theory with the unique experiences of Black women, creating a space for healing and growth through understanding and transforming attachment patterns. Each session is designed to be a safe and supportive environment where participants can explore these deep and personal topics.

This is an 8-week commitment. Participants, age 24 and older, will meet virtually every Monday from 6-7:30 pm over the course of the 8 weeks.

PROCESSING COVID SUPPORT GROUP (In person)

The pandemic has left many adults grappling with loss, trauma, and uncertainty. Our 8-week COVID-19 support group is designed to help you reflect on the changes, manage the emotional impact, and rebuild your identity in a supportive community. Through group discussions, coping strategies, and self-reflective exercises, you’ll connect with others who understand the journey of adapting to a new reality.

This is an 8-week commitment. Participants age 18 or older, will meet at our Golden Valley office every week Mondays from 6-7:30pm.

Starts: January 6, 2025
